Event Overview
Who can add an event?
Each group is given a user name and password to the website. Please contact individual groups regarding their events.Where events are displayed
- The main page displays the next 10 events for the community
- The main calendar displays all community events
- The group page displays the next 10 events for the group
- The group calendar displays all events for the group
How to Create an Event
- Log into the community website
- MOUSE OVER Content Management in the upper left corner
- From the dropdown list MOUSE OVER Create Content
- From the next dropdown list, CLICK on Create Event
- Fill in the appropriate boxes
- Click Save
Editing an Event
- Locate the event to edit on the calendar OR
- Go to the Admin Menu at the top of the page
- From the drop down list choose content
- Choose List
- This area displays ALL content on the website, locate the event to edit, click on the edit button to the right
Deleting an Event
- Locate the event to edit
- Click on the Edit button
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the Delete button
- The next page will ask to confirm the Delete
- Confirm the delete
